What I felt was the most professional was how they took the time to actually come out on the job site and see how the work was coming along - I appreciated the fact that they didn’t just let someone complete the job and not oversee the process. Wow...just Wow...that's what we said when we looked at our newly custom cabinets when they were completed. They are amazing!!! It's not just the amazing look they brought to our kitchen but the way Carlos and his team took pride in their work...they wanted us to be absolutely happy with the results. Carlos with redesign houses has an amazing attention to detail, great with suggestions and guides you through the process. The bid was cheaper then manufactured cabinets job. Another thing also was that we checked before going with them is that they have A rating with the BBB which is important to me. When we decided to do our kitchen we wanted to find someone who took care of the project from beginning to end. We first spoke to some general contractors and were not impressed. At first they all come up with a reasonable price but when we researched the cabinet products that had such an attractive price but then we found out that the quality was far below our expectations. When I heard about Redesign Houses I thought I give it a try. I made an appointment to visit there showroom in the showroom. They supplied us with custom cabinetry at the fraction of the price other people quoted and of much better quality. Now 2 weeks later out kitchen looks amazing and everything was perfect.
