I'd like to post zero stars. This place is the worst dispensary I've ever been to - unprofessional and rude staff and low quality product - do yourself a favor and buy your buds somewhere - actually anywhere - else. Esp your cartridges - the ones @ this place are poison- instant headache. This place sucks!

I tried this place and there so much great weed out there to deal with the dry brittle over priced smoke most of the staff was decent there were a few that weren't so all I can say for this place is buyer beware

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Buds are always potent and never musty. Best dispensary in Maine.

Wellness Connection is great.  Easily the best place to buy weed in the Portland area. Staff are professional, courteous, friendly, and fun.  Selection and quality are outstanding.  Experts at this dispensary are helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable about strains and other products (and music). Store is well lit, comfortable, and always has good music playing. I shop nowhere else for my medical cannabis.

I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, and I would love to rate it 5 stars (it's clean, bright, open, and the staff goes above and beyond every time I've been in). Unfortunately, it seems like a like of the changes that have been going on have not all been for the better, in particular, they will no longer carry the one item that I specifically buy there (the baker's mix), and I'm not sure where I can go elsewhere to get it. I live on a very strict budget, and I *hate* that I have to pay the same amount of money on pre-made edible cookies (which crumble immediately, which makes it hard to divide up), instead of using the bakers mix to make my own recipe, which I can divide and freeze. I get the impression, now, that the Wellness Connection cares less about their clients needs and more about their profits.

I went to Portland from Gorham to buy a vape cart and they sold me a defective one. I didn't open my package until I got home. Now I had to drive to South Portland to save on gas and to exchange it which I didn't even get a discount or anything. I'm sticking to Atlantic farms they know how to treat their customers.

Extremely disappointed with the flower. Waste of time and money. Take your business somewhere else

Wellness Connection of Portland, MEZERO STARS!Wellness Connection could not care less about the original medicinal patients who were the first people to get this business off the ground. They have now turned their backs on those same people. I was lied to and called a liar by the store manager and store clerks.If you know what's good for you, do NOT buy from this horrible store...unless you enjoy being treated badly. There are many other cannabis stores in Portland that treat you with respect.Disgusted.

As medical dispensaries go, it's fine. The selection of edibles is not huge, decent selection for carts, I haven't purchased bud because I usually just bake it and there aren't inexpensive options there. My main question is: do *any* women work there? I have never, ever, seen a woman behind the counter. Does Wellness Connection have difficulty retaining women on staff? If so, why?

Good shop, great staff , starting to get to exspesive but product is on point

very nice store front, and nice people working, A+ customer service, but such mediocre quality for the price. disguising products in fancy packaging with a sleek store front but..its really pretty disappointing quality. especially the concentrate selection.... like dark and harsh shatter with no strain or grower info just called "shatter" ... i get the sense that the people that support this place mostly are A) rich and B) inexperienced with weed

Big business serving up overpriced, lower quality weed. Nice and knowledgeable staff inside, as most budtenders are… but not worth the visit. Check out a locally owned and grown shop instead!

This has been the worst dispensary experience I have ever had. First off the harvest date on the bag was 1/5/2020 that’s a year and eight months since I bought it today on 9/1/2021. The buds are smaller than popcorn nugs and completely dry with zero smell left. I’m a world where quality cannabis is easy to find go elsewhere. I paid 55 dollars for an eight of complete swag.
