Yes. Since early March 2020, we've made virtual appointments available to our clients. We're doing everything we can to ensure the peace of mind and safety of our clients during this pandemic season so if you have a specific request as it relates to a COVID safety procedure for your remodeling project, contact us and let us know.
Yes. We do not charge you to get an estimate or talk with us about your project. If you do receive a quote from us and decide not to work with us, as much as we would love to earn your business, you do not owe us anything for the quote.
The best way to know how your project will look like when it's finished is by preselecting the finish materials you want for your project and getting 3D renderings of your project. Preselecting the materials will allow our 3D designers to incorporate the exact materials you selected for you project so that the 3D rendering will look identical to the finished project.
Each project will vary depending on the scope of work and the complexity of the project but to give you a rough idea, full remodels can cost $100 to $200 per sq. ft., ADUs can cost $400 to $500 per sq. ft. to build, the typical bathroom can cost up to $25,000.
