I been in the building business for many years and have worked with many services workers in the trade business. I recently had the pleasure of working with the owner Tim. Not only did he have an unbelievable showroom with thousands of BEAUTIFUL selections of wallpaper but it was priced lower than his competitors. His staff took the time to not only show us many different options but actually put together a beautiful palette of colors for our new project in Solemar Condominiums in Pompano Beach. If this wasn’t good enough we happen to run into a problem with the selections that we choose and it wasn’t working with the application that was on the drywall to suit our liking. Tim didn’t hesitate for a second and told me to come back in to the store and he helped us again selecting a new wallpaper paper and even though this was our fault and not his he didn’t charge us for the new wallpaper and did an even exchange. I know our mistake had to cost Tim a $1,000 but he smiled and said he only wan-us to be happy. I also want to give credit to the whole staff that helps the customer when Captain Tim is tied up with a demanding customer like me😀. I also must give credit to Peggy who also knew exactly what i ordered and also expedited any goods that i needed to complete my project. Ordering over the phone was easy, as staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Even when we ended up having to go back for more, they insured we were able to get the same pattern we had previously ordered. Payment over the phone was also easy, and the order was ready almost immediately. I picked it up 15 minutes later.
